DELAX GEO-RISK · Investor Workspace
A question-and-answer tour of the Workspace: what each part does, how it works, and what you can do free, with a free account, or with Pro. The worked example is a real example book, scored with today's model.

Question 01 Free · no sign-in
The dashboard follows the crises: the crises we track. The Workspace answers the personal question: what would that crisis mean for my stocks?
Search companies and funds by name or ticker, put your holdings together, and see the modelled exposure for each crisis and each scenario, in numbers and in plain English.
The model scores a list of names directly. Any other ticker is classified from its listed industry, and the Workspace marks which kind each holding is.
Question 02 Free · no sign-in
Type a ticker or a company name. You get the latest price, a snapshot (market value, P/E, 52-week range, beta, dividend yield, analyst target, profit margin) and a price chart from one month to the full history.
One click adds the stock to your holdings or your watchlist.
Question 03 Free · no sign-in
This is the heart of the Workspace: the Conflict Exposure Score. Load a book (your own holdings, or one of the example books) and the model scores it under each crisis and scenario.
Working it out…
Worked out on this page from the Workspace's own Energy-heavy example book (), with the same model and the same scenario, so it matches what the Workspace shows today.
Question 04 Free · no sign-in
Every crisis comes with three scenarios, each with its odds in plain words and its own modelled move for your book. Tap a crisis and the whole Workspace switches to it: new score, new moves for each holding, new channels.
| Working it out… |
Each crisis is its own "what if", with its own odds and its own trust label, so they are never added together.
Question 05 Free · no sign-in
Two views answer that. Most exposed holdings ranks each position by how much it adds to, or takes from, the book's move. By channel shows how the shock travels to reach you, so you see the mechanism, not only the result.
Question 06 Free account
Yes. Press Get AI Analysis on a stock and you get a short, plain-English briefing for the active scenario: what is driving the number, why it matters, and what to watch next.
It needs a sign-in. A free account gets a few a day, and Pro more (a fair-use ceiling). A line under each answer says how many you have used today.
Question 07 Free · no sign-in
No. The example books (defense-heavy, energy-heavy, retail balanced and retiree conservative) load in one click, so you can explore straight away.
Or import your real holdings from a spreadsheet or a statement (.xlsx, .csv or a text PDF). The file is read on your device and never uploaded.
Looking up a price, or asking for an AI explanation, does send that ticker or question to our server. The privacy page says exactly what is sent.
Question 08 Free account Pro
Name a set of holdings and save it as a book. Saving needs a sign-in with Google: a free account keeps one book, Pro up to more, and they follow you to every device you sign in on.
With Pro you can also take the analysis away: a PDF report, an Excel workbook, a CSV file or a shareable image card.
Question 09 Free · no sign-in
The watchlist shows the latest price and the day's change for everything you follow: energy companies, defence names, gold, airlines, bonds. Anything you look up joins it in one click. Sign in and it follows you to every device.
Pro And you need not keep looking: email alerts tell you when something you chose changes, such as a book falling below a line you set or a scenario’s odds moving. We check once a day; choose as it happens or a weekly summary.
Question 10
In the work around a decision, not in the decision itself.
Question 12
No. The Workspace gives modelled estimates, not forecasts or recommendations. Every number links to a published methodology, and every crisis carries a label for how sure we are of it.
Use it to understand your exposure. What to do about it is your decision, or your adviser's.
Open the Workspace and load your book. Scoring needs no sign-in.
